We absolutely loved this house. It is gorgeous and everyone was extremely comfortable. The location is great, 5 minute walk to a shuttle that takes you straight to grayton beach. They have space for your cooler and wagon. Also have other beaches close by that you can drive to though parking is a little hard to find. Do not have any hesitation about booking this place, I would absolutely love to stay here again.
Emily was an excellent host and the house was perfect for a fall break with 3 families. The sleeping arrangements and separation allowed for the perfect teen space and adult space. The bedrooms were so incredibly quiet, and the home beautifully decorated. The location allows shuttle access to Grayton beach but it’s close enough to Seaside that we split time comfortably between them. We highly recommend this home!
This was a wonderful home. The house was clean and spacious with a great game room and great decor. The location was wonderful- walkable to the beach but a free beach shuttle a block away was also really nice. Close to shops in town, but also close to Seaside. No shortage of things to do. Host was proactive and answered quickly if I had a question. No issues during the stay at all. The area and beach are spectacular. Would definitely use the same house when returning.
This was a perfect stay for our group of twelve! Plenty of space to spread out and still come together for meals or a movie! The pool was so close to the home and was rarely occupied by others! The neighbors were all very friendly and the location was so close to daily beach shuttle, local shops and coffee! Emily was extremely helpful and responsive any time that there was a question! Gorgeous and perfect location! It is a must stay!
This house was perfect for our trip and had plenty of room for everyone! It was decorated beautifully and the rooms were very large. Beach shuttle was right across the street and there were people to load our coolers and chairs. The pool was also large and never too crowded. I definitely recommend staying here!
Emily is one of the most responsive, kind, and personable hosts for any property I’ve ever stayed in. Her home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. Plenty of space for our girls beach trip. Emily went above and beyond by providing a detailed guide for the home and area. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to 30A!
10/10 recommend. The home is gorgeous, and so comfortable, you’ll pretty much be staying in a spa. The beds are phenomenal I slept like a baby! The pool is a stone throws from the porch, Emily is responsive and provided a guide of recommendations. The home fits three cars, the range oven in the kitchen is 🤌🏾 pefect to cook for large parties. The only thing to note is there are lots of stairs something to be mindful of if you have elders in your group. I’d stay here again next time!
Our group had a great stay at Harbor Heights! We had the maximum number of guests, but didn’t feel cramped. The highlights were a clean, comfortable house, close proximity to the pool, and an easy walk/drive to the free beach tram. Emily is an excellent host! It was easy to see she genuinely cares about the experience of her guests.
This place was absolutely incredible! It was my first time in the area and I would 100% stay here again The air bnb was so clean, looked just like the pictures and we were right next to the pool! Only 15 minutes from the beach and restaurants Any question that I had, Emily responded within minutes to help me I felt right at home and would definitely recommend staying here
Beautiful home! Very spacious and comfortable for our group of 14 and house is immaculately maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and beds / linen were extremely comfortable especially after a full day in the sun. The house is located in a quiet circle and is a quick walk to a free shuttle that takes you straight to the beach (we loved that we didn't have to worry about parking). Emily was very friendly and responsive to our questions and gave great recommendations for local dining and activities. Will definitely stay here again!
